• decrease production costs and optimise workflow

  The in-mould label is inseparably fused to the basis material, directly in the injection moulding tool. This simplifies and accelerates the process considerably. Vogt’s fully functional labels support an optimal workflow and provide for fully automated and trouble-free operation. With glued-on labels, glue and silicon paper must be used, resulting in extra costs and complications with disposal.

  The entire container is composed of one single material, which simplifies recycling and also makes it strong and durable. Vogt labels are also produced according to the ISO 9001:2000 and EMAS environmental standards.

  With the in-mould-labelling process, the risk of contamination is greatly reduced. When the container comes out of the mould, it is already sterile due to the high processing temperatures of the moulding process. In addition, less handling of the container is necessary as extra labelling processes are eliminated. This makes in-mould-labelling the ideal choice for the food industry.

  Whether square, rectangular or round, IML enables you to design a label for the complete container. The label can be flawlessly wrapped around the entire container and even square or rectangular containers can be decorated using just one label.
