Vogt products are top quality and meet our customers requirements – the result: satisfied customers throughout Europe. Vogt is a synonym for first-class quality, excellent service and high flexibility, which is why more and more Vogt customers are becoming repeat customers.

Holger Vogt is the current of manager of the four generation family business.

Evolution of the corporate design: Vogt adopts  a new look.

Vogt wins  four times: Druck+Medien Award digital print house 2010 | SMA, Printstar 2010 in newspaper/magazine division with BURDA “ELLE”, Jahrbuch der Werbung industry winner B2B services dialog marketing, Hidden Champions (HNA)

New CTP system for even higher output and greater quality.
A new division is added; digital printing up to 3.05 x 2.50 m is a new printing process at Vogt. This new challenge is part of the slogan "everything possible on film." Short runs and large format products are thereby added to the portfolio. Vogt has followed the ProzessStandard Offset for paper in its internal quality checks since 2004. In connection with our constant quality optimization, Vogt has been certified according to the ProzessStandard Offset on film since October, 2009 (DIN ISO 12647-2).

Vogt Foliendruck GmbH invests in the seven digit Euro range: the new printing system is twelve meters wide, four meters high and 28 meters long.

With double opaque white, 4c, two special inks and coating, it applies up to eight colors to the page in a single pass. Not only the in-mould label and lenticular printing departments profit from the expanded capacity and improved performance, but also the classical film printing and finishing departments.

Vogt celebrates an anniversary: even in the 110th year of its existence, the company does not rest on its laurels.
The subsidiary Card Factory broadens its market position and expands its capacity by acquiring a second laminator.

Vogt further strengthens its position on the international market and the product range is consistently enhanced. Internal colour-management according to PSO standards is implemented!

A HD Cutstar Roll roll feed system is installed.

A 6-colour Heidelberger Speedmaster CD 74 with integrated coating unit and intermediate and end dryers can print up to the US size 60×74 cm.

Vogt receives support from the scientific community. A collaboration with the University of Kassel reinforces the laboratory diagnostics. Inks, varnish and print substrate can be analysed and tested.

A new corporate design: Vogt gets a new appearance, thus better positioning its numerous products on the international market.

The company moves into the industrial park of Mehler Engineered Products in Hessisch Lichtenau. The convenient 7500 square meter area provides space for high-performance and further expansion. 120 people are employed by Vogt, mainly in a three-shift-operation.

The UV-Offset printing operates with a digital workflow and a computer-to-plate (CTP) process.

Approximately 4 million euros are invested in two printing presses (offset and screen printing), a CTP system and a ventilating system.

Holger Vogt, who joined the business in 1985, becomes managing director.

Vogt equips a III B 5-colour Roland 700 Machine with a roll-sheet feeder for film, a first for a European company. From this time on, a 72×102 cm sheet can be printed. This constitutes a quantum leap in the efficiency of film printing.

Under the direction of Herbert Vogt, the company specialises in plastic film printing. Together with his son, Holger Vogt, he expands the regional company into a nation-wide film printing business. A 4-colour Roland Favorit with integrated UV-dryer brings essential improvements to the work flow. UV radiation, directly after the printing, initiates a chemical transformation, the so-called polymerisation.

Herbert Vogt recognises the potential of printing on plastic film. He realises the increasing demand in the advertising and packaging industry for high quality printed products on plastic. The printing is initially done on a 2-colour-press. First trials in drying inks with UV-light are carried out.
